8.75m
“What always impresses most with any Scorpion is the ride. It just casts waves aside, and even if you get airborne the landing is smooth and the hull is immediately back under your control.”
David Marsh, Motor Boat & Yachting
With the possibility of fitting a massive 120 gallon fuel tank, the 8.75m Scorpion has been developed for longer passages and for use as a tourism charter RIB. Previous builds of this model have included a 14-seater RIB which has been used for leisure sightseeing purposes in Scandinavia and a cross-channel luxury charter craft.
The graceful Scorpions featured (left and above) include the practical flexi-teek deck option and twin outboards. The bolster seating unit with the aft facing seat lends itself to the perfect social seating area and, whilst underway, the tables have been stowed in the water tight aft locker. The high T-Top featured on the left is for use in the hot Mexican waters and has been designed to include a cooling breeze over the helm position.
The 8.75m is also highly practical for inboards and the Scorpion featured below has highly tapered two-tone tubes and racing seats.
